Incredible Edibles: Chocolate Covered Strawberries
This sweet and sultry treat will be sure to please even the most refined cannabis connoisseur among us. This recipe will be enough to prepare roughly two-dozen strawberries. Servings will vary based on several factors, so judge your dosing wisely, and don’t be afraid to eat a couple and wait for an hour before proceeding into more strawberries.
6 ounces milk chocolate, roughly-chopped
1 gram *Clear or clear distillate style hash
3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 pound extra large strawberries with stems, washed and dried FULLY
To start, place the chocolates into two separate, medium size bowls. Next, ready two medium saucepans with just a few inches of water at the base and bring to a simmer over medium to low heat. Place your magical bowls of choco-goodness over the water to melt, stirring them until noticeably smooth. At this point you can slowly stir your *Clear into the milk chocolate until evenly distributed. Once the chocolate is melted and cannabis is evenly incorporated, remove from the heat. Now you can go ahead and line a thin baking sheet with parchment paper. Holding your completely dry strawberry by its stem, you can now dip the fruit into the infused bowl of chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting the excess fall back into the bowl. Place your strawberry on your parchment paper & repeat! When you are done with the milk chocolate, dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle all over the top of your berries and chill in the refrigerator for a half hour before serving, and Enjoy!
